How long is shipping?
Please allow 1-4 business days for processing your order. Our Warehouse staff is working around the clock to get your order out in time!

I forgot to use a discount code! What do I do?
Unfortunately, we do not do price adjustments. Ensure all information required is sufficient before ordering.
Do I have to purchase in CAD currency?
We now have the option to shop in the currency of your choice. Click to toggle flag at the top right corner of the screen and select preferred currency. You can now shop in ANY currency.
How do I cancel my order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of ordering, providing the following information:
- Full name.
- Order number.
- Reason for cancelling.
My total amount is over $100, why am I still being charged shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING over for products in cart that are equal or greater than $100 - the amount does not include shipping, taxes, and discounts!
Do I have to pay customs?
For US & Canada orders, there will be no customs and duties.
For international orders - if your package has duties and taxes, your customs or shipping carrier will notify you. Unfortunately these fees are out of our control and we will not be responsible for customs and duties.
The price of customs is completely varied from country to country, we are unable to advise you on the price. Please contact your local customs for more details.
If you refuse to pay customs, the package will be returned back to us. Once received the package back, we will deduct the related shipping cost and taxes.
Please Note: Sometimes there may be delays due to customs. Please know this is out of our control.

Can I get a refund?
When we receive your package we’ll refund you within seven business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
* Note: If you paid with a prepaid credit card and no longer have the card, contact the firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return. Otherwise, the balance will be put back onto the prepaid card.
Can I return items on sale?
No, items purchased on Atëgo SALE! cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're defective or flawed.
Why is my shipment delayed?
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delay. While we are still fulfilling orders on-time, due to the impact of COVID-19 carriers have experienced some shipping delays. 90% of our deliveries ship via local posting services and may be delayed. Keep an eye on your email for delivery updates.
Can I expedite shipping?
Our FREE SHIPPING promotion is in effect until end of October and aren't able to expedite at the moment.
Where can I find some sizing information?
Refer to our sizing guide at the bottom left hand corner.
Should I expect any shrinkage?
Our items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well. As with all the dense fabrics, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear. We continually strive to perfect this process so everything you get from us will look and feel like a favorite each and every time.
What if I didn't receive my package?
Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date indicated on your tracking in order to be considered for replacement.
